The Program

The Based and Built program has three phases. Each phase consists of daily and weekly requirements designed to instill a sense of discipline and begin building positive habits. 


Phase 1: Upgrade

  • Phase 1 lasts for 4 weeks and focuses on building discipline through the following habits:

  • No pornography

  • No social media

  • Nutritional goal

  • Exercise 

  • Spiritual practice

Phase 2: Goal Mastery

  • Get in the habit of crushing goals

  • Learn how to make achievable goals and add them to an established habit set.

Phase 3: Higher Enlightenment

  • Improved methods of spiritual practice

  • Deep understanding of the faith

  • Self-talk training
